CBT THERAPY
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a recommended and effective treatment
for a range of difficulties such as

Unlike other talking therapies CBT focuses on the client's current difficulties.
Therapy begins with the therapist and client working closely together
to identify these difficulties and turn them into specific goals for therapy.
This structured goal orientated focus means that that treatment tends to be brief,
typically between 6 to 20 sessions.
The Fee is 90€ per session in person or 80€/remote session

Graduated with a Degree in Psychology from NUIG and a postgraduate MSc in Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience.

Trained in CBT at Queens University Belfast for PG Certificate and the BABCP accredited Diploma. I am accredited by BABCP.

20 years experience working in the field of Mental Health both in the UK and Ireland.

Regularly supervised by peers, in line with the codes of conduct which govern my practice.

Currently employed part time by St Patrick's Mental Health Services, Ireland's largest, independent, not-for-profit mental health service.
